This is a contest aimed at self-service restaurants. The contest takes place in several cities in Brazil and has a vote that takes place over a period of time. Each voting user can vote for all restaurants but only once for each restaurant.
This site uses Processwire and Laravel. Processwire is basically used as a restaurant information manager in REST / JSON format and Laravel interprets them. This allows each sectional / regional to register the participating restaurants in their state / city. Laravel is the application and final user interface that will vote for participating restaurants.
